    Eva teaches dancing at a college in Austria and it is her sixth time to visit Japan. She'll spend 4 weeks walking from Kyoto to Tokyo this time following the same route as her favorite Ukiyo-e "The Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido", and the total distance is going to be about 500km! Let's follow her!

    Since the crew left Eva visited 5 more stations, walking for 60km in 4 days. That's 81km in total, 419km more to walk! Her next destination is the "The Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido" Kameyama Station, and this is one of her favorite prints. A castle town atmosphere still remains in this town.

    Eva finds the spot where the ukiyo-e was drawn but the view looks completely different. According to the locals the Kameyama castle printed in the ukiyo-e was torn down in the Meiji era. She looks disappointed that she can't see the same view anymore.

    First "Zenzai" experience.

    Eva finds a sign for "Zenzai" at a shop built in a traditional Japanese house as she walks up the street. "Nice and healthy" - Her first Japanese sweets experience turns out to be nice and she seems to like it.

    On the 8th day Eva visits the Shono Station. The ukiyo-e print of Shono Station is known to be the best of Hiroshige's works using his new techniques. But what's printed is only a traditional house by the hill. It is going to be a hard one to spot…

    While walking around the town a kind person recommended to go see the 350-year-old Sudajii which belongs to the Fagaceous family, a specie of evergreen tree. This Sudaiji has a trunk 5 meters around and is designated as a protected species of Mie prefecture. This became a nice surprise for Eva as she loves trees.

    Eva finds out that the spot printed in the ukiyo-e has changed, she decides to take a photo of a hill that looks similar to what was printed. To try and make it look the same, she makes one of the staff actually walk up the hill.
