    The TV crew visited Ginza to search for a YOU to make his/her dream come true and Taylor from America with a dream of making Japanese sweets won the ticket!

    Tailor's favorite Japanese sweets is "zunda-mochi". It is a local specialty of Sendai where her boyfriend Suzuki-san is from and it is also the first Japanese sweets they ate together. Tailor has decided to make zunda-mochi and hoping to have her boyfriend taste it.

    Unfortunately Suzuki-san had to work so Tailor travels to Sendai by herself. She is going to experience the zunda-mochi making at the café "Kominka Iwamatsu" in the traditional house that is 112 years old built in the Meiji era.

    To make Tailor's dream come true 4 local professional housewives will be supporting her. #1: Boil edamame at the irori fireplace. #2: Take out the peas from a pod and remove the thin skin. Kurihara city, Miyagi prefecture is a major production area of edamame.

    #3: Coarsely mash up the edamame and add some sugar, salt and water then it's done! Even though it was her first time, with the greatest support she's been able to make some delicious-looking an!

    #4: Make mochi using kine and usu. Mochi is made from the locally grown sticky rice "Miyakogane" by using kine and usu. With Tailor's help a very sticky mochi is made! 4 hours has already past…

    #5: Wrap mochi with an then "zunda-mochi" is ready! Tailor tastes her self-made "zunda-mochi" together with the housewives and the owners of the café, she seems satisfied as it is the best one of all she's ever tasted.

    Suzuki-san was not supposed to be able to make it because of work but he actually planned on surprising her with the staff and it was a success! Tailor's dream of having Suzuki-san taste her self-made "zunda-mochi" has 200% come true, she's seems to be very happy. We're so glad that we've been able to support her!
